The contract preparation for insurances purposes of two-wheeled vehicles and quads has been increased since October 2004 the decree allowed to the drivers that owned the ID card 1 to drive the 125 c.c. motorcycles. Besides points the increased circulation at the big cities that they put on reserved area the parking of cars placed in blue zones( of payment ).

The insurers wanted to attract these new drivers incrementing between them the competition and consequently an declination in the insurance prices. At the moment in Spain the average price for a third part insurance is 494 euros a year.
