Keeway outlook 125

The Chinese brand “Keeway” presents their new Scooter Outlook 125, a model developed in the center of the “Keeway R&D” design, located in the Italian city of Pesaro and designed thinking in the European market.

To say “Chinese” doesn’t mean necessarily “everything for 100 bucks”. Keeway belongs to the Qianjiang Group, one of the biggest motor manufacturers in the world. Their yearly production is superior to 1,200,000 vehicles. The brand in Europe is Keeway, whose Spanish importer has managed to introduce the brand in the market with over 14,000 sold-out units.

The Outlook model comes equipped with 16 inch tires, 240mm disc brake and double back suspension adjustable on spring preload.

The motor belongs to the new 125 c.c generation, are in harmony to the metropolitan use to which they are destined. Consumption: 1.8 l 100 km. Top speed: 98 km/h.

Weight 130 kg. Fuel tank 7,4 liters.

Complete and obvious instrumentation that includes speedometer, revolution counter, liquid temperature clocks and gasoline level as well as an hourly digital clock and different controls to watch the performances from the motor.

Keeway is offering adequate quality level controls for their European clients.

Honda Zoomer

An interesting option if you are looking for a moped that doesn’t go by unnoticed in the city and can be fully customized. In Japan and USA there are fan communities of this model. You can see in zoomerboys blog how the users of this original moped adapt it to their pleasure. The design is brave, minimalist and with a futuristic air in the style of the Mad Max film.

The motor burns too much fuel, 1 liter/100 km, and it is one of the most advanced from his category. Electronic injection, 4 gear and 4 valves in head. Electric starter.

Cycle part:

Aluminum foundry plus steel tube. Front suspension with 27 mm telescopic front fork and rear suspensions with 65 mm bascule unit. Drum brakes in both trains with 95 mm diameter.

BMW S1000RR World Superbike

BMW confirmed in press conference the launching of the official prototype for the Superbikes World Championship in the 2009. The new equipment formed during 2008 headed by Berti Hauser will be in charge of test the motorcycle to leave it at the most optimal point for the next year. BMW will use a new 1000-cc motor with 4 on-line cylinders.

Kawasaki 250 R Ninja

The prototype of this futuristic motorcycle created by Bombadier Recreational Products ( a know jet ski brand ) uses the gyroscopic technology, just like the Segway, in order to rock to by itself and be able to travel on a single wheel. The little front wheel acts like stabilizer when we stop or travel under the 20 km/H.

The Bombardier Embrio is powered by an hydrogen battery that emits only water as residue of the electric motor that pushes his main wheel.

We can control the Embrio with the accelerator and brakes placed in the handlebar.
